Wat a relieve... *phew*
wat a busy morning today... have started doing my mthly audit report since yesterday. then need to update all my PEP and PR by lunch coz Jannis is going on leave till next tuesday. without her around, there's no one to approve my work. so have to rush for her before she chiao.. while busy updating my stuffs, got call from Ram from DFS. reported that both his IMSS server not able to deliver mails.. straight away my mind switch to this product. starts to tink wat else shud i check wif him on the problem. blur kejap.. well, managed to recall how this product works. once i got all the information from him, i got Desmond to help. seriously i dunno wat cause the problem and why it happens. lucky Desmond come to the rescue.. he told me he ever encounter the same problem and did a patch to the server wif IMSS SP3.. called up Ram and inform him.. was guiding him where to get the patch and hang up the phone. after dat, i went for my zohor prayers. abt 20 mins, went back to me desk and received a mail from Ram. he said, that solves his problem.. thank god!! now i cud rest my mind and continue doing my stuffs...
